The museum in Gobustan is famous for its ancient petroglyphs dating back to the Paleolithic era. Yanar Dag, or "Burning Mountain," is a natural gas vent that burns with a continuous flame. The fire, which has been burning for several millennia, is a captivating spectacle and is considered a symbol of the ancient fire-worshiping cult.

Ramana Fortress, built in the 12th-14th centuries, served as a strategic fortification on the trade route between Europe and Asia. With its high walls and towers, it protected the local population from enemy raids and was an important defensive structure. The fortress still retains its historical appearance to this day.
