Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the buyer from Monday to Friday. Delivery is made with maximum effort to ensure that the goods purchased from Del Groups MMC are delivered to the buyer on time.
Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 16:00 (UTC +4) will be prepared for delivery on the next (business) day. Our logistics partners will deliver your order to the address you selected. To calculate the delivery costs, please select the destination country.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with the product you received, you have the right to return it within 14 days of the delivery date. Please follow the rules outlined below:
• Provide detailed information about the products to be returned on the return form received with your order.
• Firmly package the product and the return form.
• Write the return address on the package. Use the address listed on the return form.
• Return the product within 14 days from the delivery date.
Once we receive the returned products, we will refund the value of your order.
